This is the preferred shadier side as it can get hot during hot season on the other side of the building.

The European style kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, ceramic 2 burner cooktop with exhaust hood & custom built cabinetry.  This studio condo has a nice modern bathroom with custom made cabinets, floor and walls have been tiled and features a rain and regular shower head.

View Talay 1 is in a very nice, large swimming pool, many shops, bars, and restaurants just downstairs, and 24 hour security with CCTV camera surveillance system. Restaurants such as Fraser’s Sports Bar, Pan Pan, Indian By Nature, News Steaks & Grill, and more are all located within short walking distance on Thappraya Road.

The supermarket Food Mart is also located just around the corner where you will find many imported foods and beers. This supermarket would be the preferred choice for foreigners living in the area for shopping import products & it is open 24 hours day and night.  The air con bus station to Bangkok airport is also in the same parking lot than the supermarket.

If you would like to go to Pattaya, just cross Thappraya Road and hop on a Baht bus that will take you straight into the heart city to walking street, central festival department store or all the way to Naklua. There are also motorbike taxis and regular taxis available at the entrance.  Great location for people who want to rent or buy condos at low prices for this area.  5 minutes to central Pattaya and 5 minutes to Jomtien beach.  Best of both worlds.  Beach and/or city and nightlife.
