Jomtien offers much nicer beaches than Pattaya. However, if you want to go to Pattaya just go down to Thappraya road or Jomtien beach road and take a Baht bus to Pattaya, for only 10 Baht per person and the ride is only 10 minutes to Pattaya city center.
