Laguna Beach Resort is a condo resort that was completed in 2015. It is comprised of 3 buildings, each having 8 floors and 602 units throughout.

The facilities and amenities in this project include a concrete beach, swimming pool, slides, children’s playground, fitness center, underground parking, 24 hour security, and CCTV.

Laguna Beach Resort is located on Soi 9 Jomtien and just a short walk from Jomtien Second Road. Jomtien Beach Road is also within walking distance where you will find any kind of restaurant, bar, shop or market that you would like. Jomtien Beach is also the nicer of the the beaches compared to Pattaya Beach. Along the beach you will find many sun bathing chairs where you can sit and enjoy the sun.

Along Jomtien Second Road or Jomtien Beach Road you can find Baht Buses that run day and night that will take you straight into the heart of Pattaya for only 10 Baht. You can also use these to return back to Jomtien for the same price.
