In the back of this mostly Thai occupied condominium you’ll find tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna, restaurants, laundry, 7/11’s and much more, just downstairs!  You can buy a monthly pass to use tennis, saun and pool or pay by they day. During the week you can eat at one of the food stalls in front of the condominium for as little as 30-40 Baht a meal!

The occupants of the condominium are mostly Thai people with few or no tourists around but foreigners who live in Pattaya or Thailand for a long time.  The condo’s windows are facing south and away from Thepprasit road.
